Greetings and welcome to the Alpenhaus Bergprinzessin
A lovingly redesigned farmhouse with typical Tyrolean charm awaits you. With 220 m² of living space, there is plenty of space for large families and friends and guarantees the perfect cabin holiday. The house is quietly located at approx. 900 m above sea level in the rear of the Zillertal on the Zillertaler Höhenstraße with a breathtaking view of the Zillertal mountains.

Our house is suitable for:

♥ The house has just been partially renovated and lovingly redesigned. ♥
The bedrooms have beamed beds newly made by a carpenter and each room has new countertop washbasins that we designed ourselves from old chests of drawers and tables. Our most important priority is that our guests should feel comfortable, be able to relax, enjoy the wonderful view of the Zillertal mountains and gain strength.
A large covered terrace with a cool pallet chill lounge, plenty of tables and benches, a play area in the garden and barbecue facilities with a wonderful view of the Zillertal Alps ensure proper relaxation after a long day of hiking or skiing.
There is a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer, which can also be used as a bicycle storage room.
The next inn, Pauler Hof, for culinary delights, is a 5-minute walk away. From the house you can hike along a beautiful forest hiking trail to Mayrhofen and even leave your car behind. The free ski bus stops approx. 30 m from the house and will quickly take you to the numerous ski areas that the Zillertal has to offer.
The cozy living room with tiled stove and the spacious kitchen-living room invite you to cook together and socialize.

1 cozy room with a sofa bed (140cm wide) that can be used for sleeping for 1-2 guests or just as a chilled retreat.
Fireplace lounge, large eat-in kitchen, pantry with large fridge-freezer + 2 large gastro beverage refrigerators, 1 toilet.
1st floor:
6 bedrooms + 2 shower rooms + 3 toilets
1 single room, 1 double room, 1 triple room (double bed + single bed), 1 triple room (bunk bed + single bed), 2 four-bed rooms (1 double bed + bunk bed each). All bedrooms have a countertop sink!

Attic:
In the attic there is a small separate apartment with 2 double rooms, shower room, kitchen-living room and balcony for 4 people.
The Alpenhaus can also be booked without the separate holiday apartment for 18-20 guests!

The holiday/group house can be reached by car all year round. 6 parking spaces directly at the house.

- Rolls/pastries can be delivered from the local bakery

- Minimum stay 2 nights.
- Final cleaning: €100.00 small apartment, €300.00 entire house per stay

- Deposit: €300.00 small group, €500.00 large group
Payment conditions: After your binding booking confirmation, a deposit of 50% of the travel price is due immediately; please transfer the remaining amount no later than 7 days before arrival. Cash payments possible by arrangement.
Getting there:
The house is ready for occupancy from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier or later, please let us know. Depending on the snow conditions, snow chains are absolutely necessary in winter.
Departure:
We ask that you check out by 10 a.m.
(flexible depending on booking situation and by arrangement!)
Dogs:
Dogs are allowed. We charge €15.00 per day/per dog without food.
Bedding:
Bed linen and towels are provided!
WiFi:
The access data is available for you in the holiday home.
Kitchen:
A spacious kitchen fully equipped with electric stove, charcoal stove, microwave, dishwasher, double coffee filter machine, kettle, toaster, blender, blender, as well as complete dining and cooking utensils.
What our guests should bring:
There is always a basic supply of consumables in the house for the first day. Please ensure you have enough consumables for your stay:
Charcoal for outdoor grills, dishwashing tablets and hand dishwashing liquid and wipes (tea towels are available), toilet paper, kitchen roll, baking paper if required, cling film and aluminum foil, coffee filter size. 4, garbage bags.
Common rooms:

In winter:
A landscape with an incomparable winter idyll. Pure peace and relaxation. Ski storage room or bicycle storage room and ski boot dryer. The ski bus stops about 30m from the house. The journey up to the Möslbahn takes only 15 minutes. The other ski areas in the Zillertal can also be reached in under 30 minutes.
